BREAKING: State Security Agency “demands” new Zuma book be taken off shelves

A controversial book with new allegations against President Zuma has come under fire from the State Security Agency. Will the Zuma book be banned?

Who would have known that another “Zuma book” would finally get the state to take action. Sadly, it’s not action against Zuma, it is against the author and publishers.
The President’s Keepers by investigative journalist Jacques Pauw has been an absolute smash sell out from bookstores since its release last week. The State Security Agency (SSA) has on Friday sent a cease and desist letter to Pauw and NB Publishers. The agency claims some revelations in the book are in violation of the Intelligence Services Act.
The SSA has made further threats of going to court to get an interdict which will.

“prevent [NB Publishers] from further distribution, further printing, publishing or promotion of the book” should they refuse to withdraw it from book shops, and “institute criminal charges against [Pauw] and any other individual concerned in relation to those parts of the book which are in violation of the relevant statutes”.
The lawyer’s letter addressed to Pauw says that the book “contains parts that are in contravention of the Intelligence Services Act, Act 65 of 2002.”
